Marjolein Varekamp (1960) has studied at the art academy in Groningen. She has also studied Graphic Design in London.
She has made illustrations for the children's page of Vrij Nederland and for Stichting De Roos. She has made graphic designs for Eurythron en the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
She has been making children's books since 1990. Her books feature many different animals.
Three books have been published, many more concepts are available for publishing.
